If you would like to schedule an appointment with our primary care physician (s) just call our office at 653-9101 or 361-0696 and you will be given an appointment.

Appointment times are scheduled based on the services required so please advise the Nurse Receptionist as to what your needs are.  For example, a Physical Examination takes approximately one hour.

If you book an appointment for an ear ache which is normally 15 minutes and request a Physical Examination, while you are being seen, you will be given a second appointment so that the person booked after you will not be inconvenienced.

Please note that this location is our TEMPORARY location during construction, so please bear with our appearance.  We look forward to welcoming you to our New Offices in 2018 (right next door).
